Mobile/DTH/FASTag/Other Recharge

In case of Mobile/DTH/FASTag recharge transaction done, if the user has not received the recharge, the recharge amount transacted will be refunded within 72 hours. If the user does not get the refund within 72 hours, then the user has to complain to our customer care through a phone call or send a mail to an e-mail id: [email protected]. Please note that the amount of applicable tax and refund payment gateway charges will not be given.

AEPS

In case of failed/unsuccessful transaction, users will get refund automatically from partner payment gateway within 3-21 days. Users should complain through a phone call to our customer care or send an e-mail to the customer e-mail id: [email protected]. Please note that applicable taxes and payment gateway charges will not be refunded.

Domestic Money Transfer

For incorrect input of account credentials and fund transfer to wrong account the Company shall not be liable and no refund shall be issued to the Users by the Company. If the transaction amount is debited and the recipient does not receive the money in his account, the transaction amount will be automatically refunded from the partner payment gateway within 3-21 days. The user has to complain through a phone call to our customer care or send an e-mail to the customer e-mail id: [email protected]. Please note that applicable taxes and payment gateway charges will not be refunded.

Bus Ticket

In case of unsuccessful/failed transactions transacted ticket amount will be refunded to users automatically from our associate payment gateway within 72 hours. Once bus ticket generated can’t cancel or eligible for any refund. If the user does not get the refund within 72 hours for his/her unsuccessful/failed transactions unsuccessful/failed transactions then the user has to complain to our customer care through a phone call or send a mail to an e-mail id: [email protected]. Please note that the amount of applicable tax and refund payment gateway charges will not be given.

All refunds should be valid & are subject to proper investigation. Refunds will be initiated after all investigation and verification.

Users should accept that the refund policy of "Curv Money"s ("Curv MoneyTechnologies Private Limited") is subject to the terms stated in the user agreement of the website.

“Curv Money” (Cur MoneyTechnologies Private Limited”) has right to make any changes in refund policy without any notice to users.
